    My style of yoga:

    A weaving of vinyasa, yin, Restorative, meditation & more.

    My retreat offerings:

    Two daily pracices - Morning solar vinyasa flow sessions & Evening lunar Practices My classes are playful and creative with an invitation to connect to your inner wisdom and intuition.  With a mindful approach to alignment and an infusion of spirit, my aim is to guide you to a place of curiosity and exploration in order to create transformation both on and off the mat. These sessions will include meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), yin & restorative practices as well as other yogic delights that will leave you connect you to that inner state of bliss, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Who would benefit from my teachings:

    Everyone. My teaching style supports all levels and needs inside a yoga practice, while allowing for development and learning in a nurturing but fun way.

    What you will take home:

    Your retreat will last far beyond your time on the island. Through our practices you will gain a deep sense of connection to yourself and a sense of peace that you can take back home and into your life. You will leave with a deeper understanding of your yoga & meditation practice, having most likely experienced a few new practices and feeling more balanced and restored. After spending this time nurturing yourself, you will go home with a fresh perspective, not only on your yoga, but on life too.

    My other special offering:

    Reiki & Private Yoga Sessions - €75 an hour
    Katerina will also be offering shiatsu therapy sessions at €80 / £63 per hour

    Why I teach yoga:

    I teach yoga to share my passion through insightful, inspired and engaging classes offering physical development, while calming the nervous system and taking time for ourselves. I believe that in order to live life to our full potential we must take time to find inner balance and connect to our trust self. I have been practicing meditation and yoga for over 15 years now and I would say I have lived through an ever changing practice which I delight in sharing with my students. Having lived, breathed and witnessed the incredible benefits of yoga & meditation it is a honor to be able to offer these practices.
