Walking Warrior - Creative Yoga

MY STYLE OF YOGA

Combining vinyasa flow, with structural detail, restorative waves to soothe the mind. A rebalancing yoga practice, tending to mind, body, emotions, Self. Visualization, Mindfulness practices, Contemplation, Breathing are woven through the practice. Sequencing is in safe stages, weaving postures together like a jigsaw puzzle.

MY RETREAT OFFERING
 

Morning Practice frees the body, mind, and awakens the Warrior gradually, weaving the core poses of haha yoga. Delicious Break - Fast / Brunch follows, then a rest time. (Silver Island Magical Swim) Lunch is shared around a large table, with soul food and sharing.

 

Afternoon is private beach time siesta, reading, kayak....or make a craft mobile from beach combing with Lissa, the artist host. 


Twilight yoga is Soothing the Warrior. Integrated practices, with mindfulness, breathing, Relaxation, Guided Visualization. Restorative yoga and creative sequencing is included, for individual levels, The practices will encourage you to develop your own yoga practice. Sound/ Song is included.

 

Evening supper with wine is shared again, a sangam (gathering) to reflect on the day. 

 

Mid week Wednesday we will have a rest with one session.


WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM MY TEACHINGS

Anyone who is enquiring into yoga, who has an established practice, teachers and beginners alike, - I will focus on individuals for a safe, rebalancing, holistic practice. Books and DVd's are also available if you would like.

WHY I TEACH YOGA

I am dedicated to practices of yoga, which heal, balance, and shed tensions, so we can be our best selves and live in the moment, drawing the juice and joy from life experiences! I have been sharing yoga for 21 years as a creative exploration to encourage.
