MY STYLE OF YOGA

A creative yoga practice combining flow with structural detail, individual adjustment & restorative poses to soothe the bodymind. A rebalancing yoga practice tending mind, body, emotions, Self. Contemplation & breath awareness are woven through the practice. Sequencing is in safe stages, weaving postures together like a jigsaw puzzle.

MY RETREAT OFFERING

 

Inspiration will be taken from ‘Crossing the Rainbow Bridge’, a yoga art manual written for the purpose of making a guided journey through the practices and layers and of yoga. Morning Practice starts with somatic warm ups ( floor based), awakening the Warrior poses gradually, weaving core poses of hatha yoga. Delicious Breakfast follows, then a Silver Island magical swims, kayak, walk, rest, read. Lunch is shared around a large table with soul food and sharing.

 

Afternoon is private beach time siesta....or make a craft mobile from beach combing. 

 

Twilight yoga incorporates sunset meditation, with  soothing practices. Structural slow flow & restorative yoga is interwoven for individual levels.

 practices will encourage you to develop your own yoga practice. Sound/ Song is included.

 

Evening supper with wine is shared again, a sangam (gathering) to reflect on the day. 

 

Mid week Wednesday we will one session with sunset meditation walk.

I am dedicated to practices creative movement & breath to heal, balance, and liberate, so we can be our best selves, live richly and deeply in the moment, drawing the juice and joy from life experiences! I have been sharing yoga for nearly 30  years as a life path.
