I'm inviting you to this retreat at the most beautiful time of the year, where the island is transforming to a paradise! Springtime and the energy of the New moon creates the appropriate environment to set your goals and grow your intentions.

Each day will be an amazing journey to different areas of the body, improving your awareness and deepening the connection with your inner self. Yoga flows inspired and fused with dance and breathing techniques, will awaken your strength and elevate your spirit to a brighter state.

WHY I TEACH YOGA

Yoga came into my life so naturally while I was studying to become an actor.

 

At that moment I was discovering the potentials of human body movement and mobility since my passion was to indulge in Physical Theater. In addition to different types of dance principals I attended several seminars that offered me extended knowledge, techniques and self-awareness. During this process I experimented with contemporary dance, modern dance, ballet, aerial silks, acrobatics, Barre a terre, Feldenkrais and yoga.

Yoga stood out for me as it showed me how to enjoy and embrace every moment! It also helped me to manage my emotions and further comprehend the people that surround me.

It was love at first sight! A kind of love that is faithful and constant over time. Yoga is my support, my foundation. It evolves me as a person physically and mentally.

Practicing yoga is providing balance to my life as a human being, mother and wife. This is the reason for which I teach - my vision is to inspire my students and support them in finding their own truth.
