MY STYLE OF YOGA
Flow Mindful Yoga is the amalgamation of mindfulness meditation and vinyasa yoga supported by Ayurveda yogic science and the ancient teachings of pranayama, which restore and sustain vital energy to the body and mind through breathwork. I am the co-founder of Flow Mindful Yoga in collaboration with Phoebe Kiddo and Lisa Milloy.
MY RETREAT OFFERING
You are invited to come visit one of the most beautiful places in the world and spend a week unplugging from regular life, resetting your rhythm to match that of nature, and nurturing your body and your digestive system through daily yogic practices and incredible mediterranean vegetarian cuisine.
We will delve into the art and science of yoga through morning pranayama (breathing) and meditation practice, Ayurveda, walking meditation, and yoga nidra (guided sleep meditation). This is your opportunity to restore and rebalance your brain, your body and your soul. With my deep awareness and understanding of the body you are in good hands. I have spent a lifetime studying the inner workings of the body and the mind to bring you a unique retreat offering that you will cherish in your memory for years to come.

I am a Student of Osteopathy at the Canadian School of Osteopathy and Swiss International College of Osteopathy. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Using Myofascial Release—a therapeutic technique working with the body’s fascial system—and gentle Cranial-Sacral Balancing, brings your body back into alignment to help ease back and neck pain, increase mobility, reduce inflammation, and improve overall energetics.
Private Flow Mindful Yoga + Meditation Session €80
Come home to your body. Learn to develop a yoga practice that is uniquely catered to your needs through 1:1 instruction. In this session I will help you gain a deeper understanding of your body and the practice of yoga and how it can work for you. You will acquire timeless tools that you can take home with you.
WHY I TEACH YOGA
Yoga has been my pillar of support during both joyful and challenging times. As Pema Chodrin says “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” Developing a harmonious relationship with one’s body provides the opportunity to catch a glimpse of enlightened states of consciousness. The eight limbs of yoga show us how to live gently yet with sensitivity and strength. My experience inspires me to share the practice of yoga so that more people can live in equanimity and peace.
